INFORMATION & FAQs:

Q: Do SONW provide gloves and bats?
A: Players must bring their own glove for all events. If they do not have one, they will need to acquire one. Sports Outreach Northwest provides the balls and all other equipment.

Q: When can my player check in for an event?
A: Players can check in 15 minutes before the event start time.

Q: Can parents/guardians stay and watch?
A: Yes, parents/guardians are welcome to stay, but we ask that they remain off to the side to avoid interfering with the coaches.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: A full refund will be given up to three days before the camp or training session. No refunds will be issued after that to cover our costs.

Q: What if my player leaves something behind?
A: Please contact our office for any lost items.

Q: Does my player need to bring a water bottle?
A: We provide a water station, but we ask players to bring their own water bottle, especially on hot days, to have water available on the field.

Notes:
​Participants will receive the T-shirt size they registered for at events. ​
​Please arrive 15 minutes early for pickup to ensure our staff can leave on time.
