We are passionate about making a lasting impact on the sports community by combining quality athletic training with the message of Jesus Christ. We believe that sports provide a unique platform to teach discipline and teamwork, while also creating opportunities to introduce participants to the life-changing gospel.

Our mission is to use every practice, clinic, camp, skills training, club team, and raft trip as an opportunity to advance the gospel and see lives transformed. We are inviting dedicated, passionate individuals to join our team as coaches and program leaders across a wide range of sports, including Volleyball, Boys and Girls Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Wrestling, and Raft Trips.

Whether you have experience coaching or are eager to grow as a mentor and leader, you can play a vital role in shaping young athletes both on and off the field. Join us and help train not only athletes but also advance the gospel in your community.

Volunteer Coaching Opportunities:
FREE 1-Day Clinics serve as excellent platforms for coaches to make a meaningful impact. These events are designed to introduce kids to the fundamentals of their chosen sport while fostering a love for physical activity. As a volunteer coach, you’ll work directly with youth to teach skills, build confidence, and have a great day on the field or court.

Annual Raft Camping Trip provides the opportunity to serve around camp or guide a raft. This annual event is a highlight for all involved each summer. See raft camping trip under events for more details. 

Paid Positions:
Seasonal Camps offer an exciting opportunity for coaches to engage with youth in a multi-day experience. These camps provide intensive training in specific sports, helping athletes improve their skills and deepen their understanding of teamwork and perseverance. Coaches will have the unique privilege of building lasting relationships with participants, encouraging their development in both sports and character.

Basketball Club Team Coaches
We’re actively seeking coaches for our competitive basketball club teams. These teams provide a structured environment for boys and girls to develop advanced basketball skills, teamwork, and discipline. As a club team coach, you’ll lead practices, mentor players, and guide them through local and regional competitions. This position requires commitment, leadership, and a passion for seeing young athletes succeed.

Sports Directors
For those looking for leadership roles, we’re also searching for sports directors to head each of our programs. Sports directors oversee the planning and execution of their assigned sport, ensuring each event aligns with our mission and values. Responsibilities include organizing events, recruiting and spiritually mentoring staff coaches.
